The following classes will be canceled only for undergraduate students
- The FIRST/SECOND YEAR undergraduate students have NO CLASS 3 to 5 period on 15th April
- The THIRD/FOURTH YEAR undergraduate students have NO CLASS 1 to 2 period on 16th April
*Graduate students have classes as usual.

*Please submit the health checkup card to the specified place of Gymnasium I after all the exams are completed.
Precautions
- If you miss to have our health checkup this time, a certificate of health checkup will not be issued. It is required when you apply for admission to university, scholarships and job.
Please note that you need to pay around 2,000-10,000 yen for having a health checkup at hospital. - Please pick up both "a kit of examination of urine" and "a health checkup card" at entrance of Health Care Center by April 14(TUE). The research students are available at Int'l Student Office of E-2 building.
Health Care Center opening hours --- 9:00am-1:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm - Please fill in the following items of the health checkup card in advance; Student ID number, Name, Gender, Major/Department, Birthday, and questionnaire.
- Do not forget to bring both "the health checkup card" and "the urine sample" on the morning of health checkup.
- The certificate of the health checkup can be issued by automatic certificate machhine(1st floor of main building) around early June. The detail schedule will be announced later. if you need to submit it to the companies before that, please ask them to wait for it until June. For those who have re-examination and non-regular students, the certificates cannot be issued by the machine. Please apply for certificates at Health Care Center directly.
- For those who had re-examination(X-ray) last A.Y. should have only X-ray exam in May. The schedule in May will be announced later.
- The adult students who plan to have health checkup in company may exempt UEC health checkup by submitting a copy of the result to Health Care Center.
