Daniel Tapia Sanchez

The Univsersity of Electrocommunications (UEC) is one of the greatest academic institutions that I have seen in my life and it's known as Denkitsushindaigaku in Japan.

It has many buildings and laboratories which are very big and almost all them very nice and modern although my building and laboratory aren't so beautiful. They are old but they are very good too. There are a lot of books, journals and devices in my laboratory. I'm very glad in this laboratory because my adviser is an excellent scientist and others students are very nice. I have a desk and a computer here but It isn't allowed to use Windows operating system. I have to use Unix but this is very good. UEC have got many gardens and all them are full of trees, such as sakura which is the most beautiful tree that I have known. It's a very special tree because almost all year it doesn't have flowers. It shows its beauty during two or three weeks every april only. Its flowers are beautyful. It look like a giant cotton.

The best in UEC is its library. It is very big and nice. All books and Journals of the history of the science are there (almost all at least). There it can study very well because It is very comfortable. You can stay without shoes and there isn't any problem.

UEC have excellent personnel. It is very amiable and competent. You can't make mistakes here because It is very bad for your health. there aren't excuses here. I like it. For almost all professors, is more important the contents than the form. You can make a horrible work but if it has the principal contents, they are pleased. I have seen many too bad works and the professor is very pleased. So I wish to finish all my classes because I'd like to work on my research only. Any way, I think that I will be very pleased during my stay in this university.
