•  Developed the SPGW for the China NetCom, cooperated with Oracle and AsiaInfo

•  Implemented the SPGW using Jbuilder,Axis, Oracle AS , and enhanced the Oracle AS

•  Passed all the test of China Netcom , the successful acceptance was received

•  Designed the CMP System for the IN System, using Java,Eclipse,Tomcat and so on

•  The main function of CMP including service configuration,user data management in the IN system.

•  Implemented the System based on the Struts framework and Ibatis ORM framework

•  Familiar with Spring, Struts, Hibernate and related development technology

HITACHI ( China ) Research Center OSSL Lab TDD Team(Internship)

•  Participated in comparison research between TDD/RUP(Ranked No .3 in the world)

•  Developed the Hitachi MIS using J2SE, using Eclipse,Junit,CVS,Bugizza and so on.

•  Led the research and managed the project process, to improve the project team efficiency by 25%

IBM CDL Data Center & IT Infrastructure Team Software supporting engineer

• Solved the problem that restore data from Document related DB(Domino) to traditional related DB(DB2)

• Compared the report producing system ,such as Crystal £¬ iReports £¬ Brits.

• Studied the data restored tools and trying to find a solution on the specific situation from them, these tools includes DECS £¬ LEI £¬ JDBC £¬ Java IIOP,DAV and so on.

• Be familiar with IBM ¡®s serious software, including DB2 £¬ Lotus/Domino £¬ WebSpere and passed the DB2 skills test.

• My personal way to solved the problem becomes the solution in that work group, with DAV restore the data and using Brit or iReports to produce the report according the user's requirement.

• Research background:

When huge natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, or typhoons occur, people want to know the status of their families and friends in the affected areas. Conversely, people in the affected areas want to inform their families and friends of their status. Thus , there is a sudden and drastic increase in call demands in a short of time. It's most important to be able to use mobile cellular phone even in such situations, because mobile cellular phone is very useful communication tool owing to their portability.

• I am focus on the congestion control in IMS, specially the voice communications using VoIP. Call admission control and priority queuing method between VoIP packets are my main research topics.
