THE POOLDECK
|
The "pooldeck" was the name given to the roof jutting out of the international house at uni on the 3rd floor. So it is really the roof for part of 2nd floor. It received this name because one day in hot-summer-Tokyo, Mim, Deryck and Tymon decided to buy baby pools and put them out on this roof to keep cool. Hence the name: The pooldeck. Anyway, here are some photos of our last party on the pooldeck.

This is Oi, one Japanese guy who goes to the Uni here. For some reason he was wearing a mouse nose that night.

Well, this only needs one word: "Gyoza". They're filled with mince and usually cabbage and other yummy stuff and rapped in a noodly-type pastry. Anyway, they taste pretty good and we had some that night and as you can see Deryck thinks they're pretty good too.

Well is the night moved on we started dancing along the edge of the building. This really doesn't require much explanation.

As you can see, Oi approves of the dancing.

This was Oi towards the end of the night. And below is the sign they posted on the window after the hospital accross the road complained that we were making too much noise. Well, probably doesn't matter now becasue it's too cold outside now anyway!
