Applicants to the master's program must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications.
Applicants to the doctoral program must have a master's degree or equivalent qualifications.
No recruitment for undergraduate program

An applicant may not apply to other universities’ MEXT scholarship programs at the same time. If it is found that the applicant has applied to two or more universities, they will be disqualified for application.
