Well explaining my research about of Information Security,
mainly Cryptography and Steganography.
I am trying to solve one specific security scheme named "The Prisoners Problem",
who consist in this:
Two criminals are captured in a crimescene (Alice and Bob) and they are put into prison
in separate cells. Reason why they were isolated was the police (Wendy) in charge
of its surveillance decide to allow them to communicate among them, provided
its communication is controlled, such that the whole communication will
be inspected before being given and that they should communicate in a completely
comprehensible, such that this way it should be an innocuous communication.
The purpose of allowing the two prisoners to communicate is to be able to
describe if they want to escape or not. For it, the watchmen have 3 options
and these are the problems to solve. The first of them is that the police
could keep one or some of the messages, impeding continuity in the communication
of the prisoners. The second and third aspects are that the information
could be modified or created by the police possibly deceiving the prisoners
and to force them in some way to reveal them true intentions.
We have to attack those 3 problems that it presents the case of the "The
Prisoners Problem".
To solve this problem, we need to use Cryptography and Steganography algorithms
at the same time.
