About Me

I am Felicia Tristanto, from Adelaide Australia. I am currently enrolled in the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) & Bachelor of Arts (International Politics) in The University of Adelaide, South Australia. I arrived in Japan on 2 October 2004 to join the one-year JUSST program offered by The University of Electro-Communication, Tokyo.

I was born in Jakarta, Indonesia on 5 November 1983 in a conservative and traditional Chinese family. After graduating from Junior high school, my father decided to send me to Australia to continue higher study in secondary and tertiary education. I officially migrated to Australia as an international student in May 1999, obtained my permanent residence in December 2002 and granted an Australian citizenship in February 2004.

I love vigorous sports especially martial arts. I have been learning many sorts of martial arts since I was 12 years of age from karate, taekwondo, hapkido, wushu, taichi, kungfu, judo and kendo. However, I would say Chinese Kungfu is one martial arts that I most fond of. Furthermore, I also enjoy outdoor activity as hiking, camping and bushwalking as well as automobile. You may say that I am a speed maniac. I also have a special interest in international politics, and social studies. Furthermore, I love sightseeing to see different things. I have been enjoying my two months stay in Japan and believe will enjoy the rest of my stay for one week. So far I have already plan to come back to Japan. I LOVE JAPAN!!!!
