'Hey' to whoever is reading this, I'm guessing that if you've found this page then you know who I am. Anyway, my name is Sam and I'm a student from the University of Queensland. I was born in Hong Kong and moved to Australia with my family at the age of 7, which means I have lived in Australia for almost 13 years now. Even so, I've had troubles 'describing' where I am from. Since I don't look like the typical Australian, I get blank faces... but at the same time my inabilities to read and write Chinese seems to categorise me somewhere else also.

In any case, Australia (Brisbane in particular) is where I feel most at home. My whole family lives there, which includes an older brother (Ken), and also our dog (Milo). It's a pity I didn't bring more photos of my home and my friends with my to Japan, but my memories of them remain vivid in my mind, and a source of happiness to my heart (...haha). Anyway, to all my friends in Brisbane and Hong Kong, best of luck with everything and I'll be seeing you again soon.
