Application for JUSST Program

Eligible Applicants

Student Status Conditions

You may apply if you are currently a regular undergraduate or graduate student in the field of Science or Engineering at one of the UEC Partner Universities. An applicant must be a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate, or a graduate student at the time of enrollment in the JUSST Program.

Students who are in their final year may apply for this program only if their home university certifies that the applicant will continue to be enrolled at the home university after completing the UEC Exchange Study Program (e.g., by extending the applicant's graduation date until the Exchange Program is finished).

*Participants are not allowed to leave the program during their enrollment term under any circumstances (except for emergencies). Please consider this commitment when applying for the program.

Upon acceptance, either of these documents must be submitted immediately
17 Tuberculosis (TB) Clearance Certificate
(Note: This is particularly important for applicants from the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Nepal, and Myanmar)

Upon acceptance, all who are required must submit this document immediately. We recommend that you prepare it well in advance.

Please submit your complete application, with all required documents attached, to your university's International Affairs Office. We only accept applications submitted directly from that office.
