Some delicious recipes

• 150 gr (2 ½ dl) flour
• 1 tea spoon baking powder
• 150gr sugar
• 1 tl vanillasugar
• 2 table spoon cocoa
• 150gr butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 dl warm coffee (or milk)
• 2 table spoon breadcrumb
• 2-3 table spoon powder sugar
• cherries

In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, sugars and cocoa. Melt butter and add it into the bowl and add coffee too. Separate egg yolk (add to bowl of flour and butter) and egg white. Into another bowl whipe egg whites into a hard foam. Then add it to dough and mix delicately, try to save aery texture. Pour douhg into a greased and breadcrumbed form. Bake in oven on 175 degrees around 40 minutes. Decorate with powder sugar and cherries.
