When your application is filed, we will send you e-receipt. In case you don't receive it, ask abroad@fedu.uec.ac.jp. Note that the on-line system or network failure could delay your submission. If your application were not be filed by deadline, it could result in missing your opportunity this time.
4.Your Personal Information
The information you submitted to us in your application as well as in the course of travel arrangement and orientations may be disclosed to the third party, especially UEC's partner institutes for successful program operation on both sides. Without any personal identifiers, it may also be used exclusively for UEC's public relations and statistics purposes. However, if you are provided with a grant for this program, there may be a case where your name, laboratory, department, and so forth are disclosed to grant providers as they designate in the course of screening.
5.Defraying Expenses
The expenses for Study Abroad in Spring Break are estimated as follows：

Payment for tuition and fees may need to be made as early as either in late May or late November, 3 months prior to your departure. Therefore, we must ask you to prepare for estimated expenses by mid-November, 2012 or else withdraw your application. This means you must not apply for the program while you are expecting to receive a grant. Your understanding is appreciated.
