AY2026 Spring Semester Newworking for UEC (Int'l) Students

Purpose

1) The new (Int'l) students enrolled in UEC meet the other UEC students and make acquaintances.
2) The current UEC (Int'l) students make new connections with the students out of "his/her current
UEC society."
3) The new (Int'l) students and the current UEC (Int'l) students learn something you have never known
of or share your ideas that others never know of.

Participants:

-UEC undergraduate students, graduate students, exchange students, and research students for the
academic year 2026
-UEC faculty and staff

Conditions of Participation:

-Those who can communicate in Japanese or English.
-Those who can actively use English to communicate with participants who cannot understand
Japanese.

Date and time:

Monday, April 6, 2026 (JST)
Reception 17:00-17:30
Networking session 17:30-19:00
Place: 
East Bldg. 2, Room B117, etc.

Schedule:

17:30- General explanation　
17:35- Making acquaintances in a short time
18:05- Networking by major
18:30- Networking by language, etc.
