（１） 入学手続書類の準備相談について

下記に示すような入学手続で不明な点があれば、メールでお問い合わせください。

「質問，入学手続（＊＊＊について）」
＊＊＊には具体的な単語を入れてください。
質問に対してメールで回答あるいはオンライン相談のURLをお送りします。
質問例：
本学入試課から送付された書類の内容がよくわからない。
・2020年9月24日（必着）までに提出する書類の書き方がわからない。
・授業料免除の書類の書き方や必要な添付書類がわからない。
・留学生カードの書き方がわからない。
・提出書類が揃っているかどうか確認したい。など
Do you have any question on the enrollment documents? Send us your question, including your name and enrolled department, by email;

Attaching a photo of the document you are inquiring is very helpful.
（２） 留学生カードについて
手書きで丁寧に記入をしてください．特にメールアドレスについては，似たような文字( O/oと０）や記号（-と_）の区別ができるように記入をしてください．
International Student Card
The Card printed in English is available. Either of the Card in English or Japanese must be submitted (enclosed in the same envelope to send back to Admission Office, by September 24, 2020).
Fill in the form clearly with your handwriting. Especially, distinguish some letter with other; such as O/o(oh) or 0(zero), and -(hyphen) or _(underscore).
