Notice of Briefing Meeting on Scholarship for Academic Year 2021; get the outline of scholarship system and how to apply for it.
Date and Time
We have two sessions and you can join in either of two sessions.
The first session is held from 18:00 on Wednesday, July 1 and the second one is from 10:40 on Saturday, July 4.
Venue
Online session, either on uec-tokyo Zoom or UEC Google Meet.

Deadline of the registration is at noon on July 1 for the 1st session and at 23:00 on July 3 for the second session.
Attendees
Self-financed international students who want to apply for scholarship for AY2021 that requires university recommendation. Notes that the presentation will be provided in Japanese and then the Q&A is available in English additionally.
Additional Notes
2) We will hold the scholarship interview either on September 16, 17 or 18. Please make sure that you need to have this interview if you want any university recommendation for scholarship for AY2021.
